Responsibilities and Duties \- Prepare our delicious naturally fermented breads. \- Participate in food pre-production and production. \- Assist in operational control (planning, inventory, quality, etc). \- Follow NEMA hygiene and organization standards. Requirements \- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or similar role. \- High school diploma or equivalent. \- Focus on quality and attention to detail. \- Discipline to follow established processes. \- Planning and organizational skills. \- Flexible availability. \- A formal qualification from a baking school is a plus. Information \- Salary starting at R$2\.200,00 \- Transportation allowance. \- Meal voucher. \- Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off. \- Full-time commitment.
