Job Summary: Provide technical support for MARCHESAN products in international markets, diagnosing defects, delivering technical services, and training customer teams. Key Highlights: 1. Traditional company focused on innovation and professional development Provide technical support services for MARCHESAN products to international customers and distributors (TATU and CIVEMASA), conducting field visits scheduled by the commercial department, in accordance with company policies and internal departmental procedures. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct field activities to diagnose defects in MARCHESAN products at customer and distributor farms. * Deliver technical guidance and recommend actions regarding proper usage, as well as corrective and preventive maintenance of equipment and systems marketed by MARCHESAN. * Perform tests and analyses on equipment materials and components to detect potential structural or functional failures. * Train customer technical teams (distributors/end users) in providing technical support, guiding\-them on proper usage and adjustment of materials or equipment, technical delivery procedures, assembly, participation in trade fairs, dynamic demonstrations, and field days. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Completed High School; **Training:** Agricultural Technician; Mechanical Technician; related fields; Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in agricultural or mechanical fields; **Certifications/Training:** Negotiation Techniques; Fluent Spanish; Basic Computer Skills; Agricultural Product Marketing; **Preferred:** Basic English. **Additional Information** Competitive Market Salary; Profit-Sharing Plan; Health Insurance Subsidy; Dental Plan; On-site Restaurant; Group Life Insurance.
