This role is responsible for ensuring production, quality, safety, organization, and excellence in **Food services.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise the process and completion of all services within the unit, ensuring excellence in customer service, always in compliance with contractual obligations; * Analyze and monitor qualitative and quantitative results across the unit’s scope to optimize its operation, including developing action plans, formulating strategies, and creating and innovating initiatives that improve unit performance and customer service; * Be responsible for annual budget planning and development for the unit, and ensure it is achieved—and even exceeded—throughout the year; * Establish clear communication and deliver technical, behavioral, and health & safety training. Ensure an engaged, up-to-date, and productive team; * Work in a LARGE unit within the Corporate segment. **Key Requirements:** * Academic degree in Nutrition; * Prior experience in Food and Nutrition Units (FNU); * Proven leadership experience, including developing and managing multidisciplinary teams; **Benefits That Care for You Entirely** At our company, we believe that working well means living well.
