We are looking for a professional in alterations and garment modifications responsible for taking client measurements, performing repairs, adjustments, and modifications to clothing items, ensuring high-quality finishing, proper fit, and meeting client needs. Works with various types of fabrics and garment styles, emphasizing precision, organization, and adherence to deadlines. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform clothing alterations (hems, waists, sleeves, side seams, zippers, buttons, etc.) * Carry out alterations and customizations as requested by the client or directed by the company * Assess garments and determine the best sewing technique for each alteration * Operate sewing machines (straight stitch, overlock, bias binding machine, where applicable) * Perform hand and machine finishing * Maintain equipment and workplace cleanliness and order * Meet established deadlines and quality standards * Attend to clients courteously, when necessary **Job Requirements** * High school diploma (preferred) * Proven experience in clothing alterations and modifications * Knowledge of different fabric types and sewing techniques; manual dexterity, attention to detail, and meticulousness * Organization and responsibility regarding deadlines**Desired Competencies** * Agility and precision Work schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off Employment type: Full-time, permanent CLT contract Compensation: starting at R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher
