Job Summary: This role involves new product development, design, and continuous improvement, including commercial support, prototyping, supplier evaluation, and production assistance. Key Highlights: 1. New product development and process optimization. 2. Prototype monitoring and initial batch production. 3. Supplier evaluation with a focus on sustainability. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Design, Architecture, or related fields; * Training/Courses: Technical courses in CAD, Engineering, Product Design, Project Management (PMI); * Solid experience in this field or related areas. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare new product presentations during the quotation phase; * Support the commercial department in quotations; * Develop new products or modifications and adaptations to existing ones using tools such as SolidWorks, Draft, AutoCAD, among others; * Prepare and review the product structure tree and bill of materials; * Monitor prototype assembly, testing, and trials, as well as sample production, evaluating conformity against design specifications and identifying necessary changes/corrections; * Monitor the production process during the manufacturing of initial batches; * Jointly evaluate current suppliers with the Procurement Department and participate in developing new suppliers for parts and components, focusing on emerging technologies and sustainable materials; * Prepare manuals, technical instructions, and other documentation; * Provide production support by monitoring and guiding the product assembly process to ensure uniformity and standardization of the production line, including resolving issues related to machinery and/or processes; * Continuously improve products and processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs. **Benefits:** * Partnerships with educational institutions (universities, colleges, and language schools) * Health insurance (50% covered by the company for employees and dependents) * Dental insurance * Commuter allowance or chartered transportation * Attendance bonus * On-site meals * Wellhub (Gympass) * Profit Sharing Program (PPR) * Group life insurance * Daycare assistance for mothers * Facilitated payroll-deductible loans * Christmas bonus Compensation: R$2.012,56 - R$5.540,41 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Profit sharing * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Commuter allowance Work Location: On-site
