Manage physicians' and healthcare professionals' schedules, ensuring organized time slots and avoiding conflicts. Collect patient payments and process invoices and health insurance claims. Answer telephone calls and emails, providing information and directing requests to appropriate staff. Keep the reception area and waiting room clean and organized. Assist physicians and healthcare professionals with administrative tasks, such as form completion and authorization requests. Ensure patient information confidentiality and compliance with data privacy regulations.
