**Responsibilities and Duties**
We seek an organized, proactive professional with strong interpersonal skills to act strategically as a Facilities Analyst. This role is responsible for directly supporting standardization, efficiency, safety, maintenance, and continuity of infrastructure services (including third-party management for maintenance and cleaning, security, CCTV, etc.) to support the company’s administrative and operational activities, monitoring demands from headquarters and nationwide branches, managing contracts, budget control, performance indicators, audits, compliance, and implementing continuous improvements in facilities processes and services.
**Key Activities**
* Support corporate operational management at headquarters and nationwide branches regarding administrative and operational routines within the Facilities area;
* Conduct periodic technical visits to branches for auditing, operational monitoring, identification of improvement opportunities, and alignment with corporate standards;
* Ensure proper functioning of building structures, utilities, and support services for company operations;
* Monitor and oversee services performed by contracted third-party companies;

* Contribute to development and monitoring of area performance indicators such as SLA, KPI, and supplier performance, promoting action plans and continuous improvement.
* Support contract management with suppliers and service providers, tracking documentation, contractual validity, and compliance with agreed clauses;
* Assist in cost, expense, and budget control related to service providers;
* Guide third-party companies on adherence to safety procedures, building maintenance, cleaning, and custodial practices;
* Identify irregularities and propose improvements and corrective actions to Management;
* Prepare studies, controls, and analyses to support decision-making;
* Monitor internal procedures, verify standards, and support implementation of improvements per Management directives;
* Ensure compliance with applicable ESG, sustainability, and energy efficiency requirements for the area, disseminating area-related administrative policies, procedures, and information to employees;
* Provide service to internal customers, suppliers, and service providers, clarifying inquiries and directing requests;
* Support Management in personnel administration processes within the area;
* Prepare managerial reports and executive presentations for leadership.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, Logistics, or related fields;
* Proven experience in corporate facilities management for large-scale organizations (over 3,000 employees);
* Experience in companies with decentralized operations and nationwide presence;
* Experience managing contracts and critical suppliers;
* Knowledge of infrastructure and administrative operations focused on facilities;
* Knowledge of budget management and cost control;
* Preferred experience in transportation, logistics, or multi-unit operations. Prior experience in administrative routines, facilities, building maintenance, or supplier management will be considered a differentiator;
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel;
* Intermediate knowledge of Power BI;
* Strong verbal and written communication skills;
* Organizational skills, proactivity, and analytical ability;
* Negotiation and supplier relationship management skills;
* Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple demands.
