With our 46 industrial units, we offer healthy and nutritious products marketed to customers worldwide through our 23 distribution centers and 17 international offices. **Responsibilities and Duties** Issue, verify, and control freight manifests. Verify invoices, purchase orders, and transportation documents. Monitor receiving, picking, shipping, and loading processes for goods. Ensure volumes, quantities, and information are accurate prior to cargo release. Record movements in the company's internal system. Support control of vehicle entry and exit at the logistics center. Maintain communication with inventory, shipping, transportation, and billing teams. Identify discrepancies in products, volumes, or documents and report them to the responsible person. Organize physical and digital files related to logistics operations. Uphold safety standards and operational procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education. Technical or vocational training in Logistics, Administration, or related fields is desirable. Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Familiarity with logistics management systems (ERP/WMS/TMS is a plus). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Agility in handling operational demands and deadlines. Good communication skills for interaction with drivers, verifiers, and other departments. Ability to work effectively in a team. Knowledge of fiscal document and transportation documentation issuance is desirable.
