Job Summary: The professional will provide technical support and perform operation and maintenance of TV systems, ensuring stability and availability, and participate in technical and operational tasks. Technical development and continuous learning **Job Description:** ---------------------- Provide technical support for TV systems, including acquisition, editing, PCR, MCR, MAM, automation, and playout; Perform operation and maintenance of content production systems, ensuring stability and availability; Assist in monitoring critical systems and services of the broadcast station; Support analysis of failures, recurring issues, and system improvement needs; Research and support evaluation of equipment, software, and technical solutions under departmental guidance; Understand, interpret, and assist in preparing and organizing technical documentation, including workflows and diagrams; Participate in the broadcast station’s technical and operational tasks in collaboration with other departments; Support technical interface with suppliers, integrators, and manufacturers; Collaborate with Engineering and Operations teams. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields. Basic to intermediate knowledge of digital audio and video; Knowledge of TV production systems and their workflows (ingest, editing, playout, and distribution); Knowledge of operating systems, especially Windows and Linux; Ability to read and comprehend technical documentation; Profile demonstrating interest in technical development and continuous learning. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Practical experience or knowledge in TV systems environments; Knowledge of video encoding and transcoding, media formats, codecs, and containers; Technical English. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) **PCD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Benefits:** --------------- At Grupo Massa, we care about the well-being, health, and development of our employees!
