What will be your responsibilities?* Organizing documents under the area’s responsibility; * Assisting the team with tasks and reports; * Handling Excel spreadsheet entry and maintaining them updated and organized; * Verifying fiscal documents; * Supporting administrative routines related to the area; What are we looking for?* Youth who have completed or are currently pursuing high school; * Youth aged 18 to 22 years old; * Youth who have not yet completed the Administrative Assistant course through CIEE; What would be a plus?* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Willingness to learn and grow; What will your work schedule be?* 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM What will your work model be?* On-site.
