We are based in Joinville and have been operating since 2016. **Job Description** Position: Support Analyst Provide customer support through our service channels. Create documentation for customers. Location: Joinville / SC - Bom Retiro neighborhood - Next to Garten Shopping Working hours: 8h30 per day, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM.
