Job Summary: The Construction Assistant ensures on-site activities are executed in accordance with project plans, procedures, and the scheduled timeline, while monitoring materials and supporting management. The Construction Assistant's mission is to ensure on-site activities are executed correctly according to revised project designs, procedures, and the planned schedule. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Issue material requisitions to contractors; * Monitor purchase order implementation and contract signing; * Support preparation of Addendum Requests; * Train teams on Safety Instructions (IS's); * Track projects and revisions; * Perform and verify Field Verification Reports (FV's); * Actively participate in quality, safety, and other company programs; * Ensure third-party services meet cost, schedule, quality, and safety requirements on construction sites; * Assist management in supervising on-site construction execution; * Monitor delivery of inputs and materials to meet the construction schedule. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Tools; * Knowledge of AutoCAD and project design tools; * Ability to read and analyze project drawings.
