Organize and lead validation meetings **Requirements:** * Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Mechatronics or Automation Engineering; * Advanced degrees are a plus; * Fluent in English and Portuguese; * Solid understanding of powertrain systems and operation; * Experience with project and process management; * Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira; * Knowledge of engine calibration, software, after\-treatment systems, and OBD; * Experience with calibration tools such as ATI Vision, ETAS INCA, AVL Creta and CANalyzer is a plus; * Programming/data tools such as Python, MATLAB and VBA are a plus; * Software tools like Git and Jenkins are a plus; * Hands\-on experience in medium/high complexity engineering projects is a plus; * Knowledge of medium and heavy\-duty vehicle applications is a plus. **Activities:** * Prepare and manage calibration contents for SW release and the files needed to make it happen; * Release and assure calibration contents. * Provide calibration for HIL (Hardware\-in\-the\-Loop bench) and vehicle tests; * Setup Creta (calibration management and repository system) for calibration files import; * Compile calibration packages; * Organize and lead validation meetings. **Escolaridade Mínima:** Ensino Superior
