Strategic communication between departments * Position * Production Control Analyst * Daily Responsibilities * Involves supporting production planning and control, performing tasks such as entering data into systems (ERP, Excel), controlling raw material inventory, issuing production orders, monitoring deadlines, generating reports, communicating with other departments (sales, production), and ensuring proper material and information flow to meet delivery targets—requiring organization, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. * Requirements * Technical Skills: Intermediate/advanced Excel knowledge and familiarity with ERP systems; Profile: Organization, proactivity, strong communication, teamwork, and analytical ability are essential; Education: Technical or higher education in related fields (Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering) is a plus; * Tasks * Production Control: Monitor manufacturing orders, track material inventory, manage deadlines, and ensure efficient resource utilization; Planning Support: Assist in schedule development, data entry into spreadsheets and systems (ERP), and information updates; Data Management: Input production data into spreadsheets (Excel) and management software, create control charts and reports; Communication: Serve as liaison among purchasing, production, sales, and logistics departments to ensure material supply and on-time deliveries; Documentation: Generate and organize documents such as service orders and invoices, and register products and technical specifications. * Work Location * Hauer / Curitiba, PR * Benefits * Transportation Voucher (VT) and Meal Voucher (VR) * Salary * R$ 3.500,00 * Working Hours * Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM **Minimum Education Level:** High School (Secondary Education)
