**R**esponsible for ensuring workers' safety and health, preventing accidents and occupational diseases. 1\. Identify and control existing risks; 2\. Provide guidance on the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protective equipment (CPC); 3\. Organize and maintain the preventive maintenance schedule for machines and equipment; 4\. Supervise third parties and service providers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations; 5\. Guide lifeguards in aquatic safety routines; 6\. Coordinate and monitor admission and periodic medical examinations; 7\. Train and coordinate the Fire Brigade; 8\. Monitor and ensure the validity and renewal of Fire Department permits; 9\. Create and manage processes related to LGPD (General Data Protection Law), ensuring compliance with regulations. 10\. Monitor the purchase of PPE; 11\. Organize and conduct SIPAT (Internal Workplace Accident Prevention Week); 12\. Coordinate CIPA (Internal Accident Prevention Committee), when applicable; 13\. Manage the Qualisan folder, ensuring compliance with sanitary surveillance requirements; 14\. Investigate workplace accidents, follow up on CAT (Work Accident Communication); 15\. Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs); 16\. Monitor documents with the third-party company;
