




Responsibilities Plan, develop, and execute technical support activities for users and maintenance of the database infrastructure (remote and on-site). Guide and clarify user questions, registering, analyzing, and diagnosing database-related requests. Resolve issues, implement services, perform migrations, and manage technology transfers. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure proper database operation. Monitor DBMS performance, capacity, and availability to identify and resolve potential issues. Administer and configure DBMSs following security best practices. Meet SLA requirements (response times, escalation, and unavailability notifications). Update and maintain technical documentation to ensure infrastructure sustainability. Knowledge Mandatory Experience in database administration in Production, Testing, and Development environments. Proficiency in SQL Server and Oracle. Desirable knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB. Administration and configuration of backup and storage solutions. Understanding of security requirements, backup/recovery strategies, and performance monitoring. Desirable Experience with cloud environments (preferably AWS). Knowledge of scripting (Shell, PowerShell, Unix). Certifications in SQL Server and Oracle. **Languages:** Advanced English or Spanish Hybrid: 2 days per week – RJ or SP
