Job Summary: Responsible for monitoring and managing the company's vehicle fleet, ensuring its proper, safe, and efficient use, with emphasis on tracking systems. Key Highlights: 1. Daily vehicle monitoring via tracking system. 2. Preparation of fleet performance and movement reports. 3. Management of preventive and corrective maintenance schedules. **Responsible for monitoring and managing the company's vehicle fleet**, ensuring proper, safe, and efficient use of vehicles. Primarily involved in overseeing vehicle tracking systems, identifying route deviations, signal failures, and driver behaviors outside established operational standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor fleet vehicles daily via the tracking system; * Identify and record route deviations, speeding, unscheduled stops, and loss of tracker signal; * Contact driver supervisors to clarify incidents and document justifications; * Prepare daily and weekly fleet performance and movement reports; * Monitor usage and consumption indicators (mileage, usage time, fueling, etc.); * Manage the schedule for preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance; * Support vehicle release and retrieval processes; * Update driver and vehicle records in control platforms; * Propose operational improvements based on tracking data and incident history. **Benefits** * Life insurance; * Meal allowance of R$ 26.00 per day; * Transportation allowance; * TotalPass; * Telemedicine plan. **Employment Type** * Full-time * Permanent – CLT **Working Hours** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a 1 hour and 30 minute lunch break; Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
