Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for managing HR, SESMT, Marketing, and Custodial activities; supervising interns; monitoring KPIs; developing social projects; and analyzing and implementing procedures and training programs. Continuously assess internal and external organizational climate, providing feedback to departments and Corporate HR Management. Responsible for Recruitment and Selection management and execution. Conduct onboarding processes, arrange medical examinations, verify admission documentation, and register new hires in the RS system; jointly analyze promotions and progressions with managers, and provide feedback to managers. Conduct employee onboarding. Manage termination processes, exit interviews, homologation, loan registrations, vacation control and registration in the RS system, receive and register petitions in the RS system, act as a legal representative in labor and civil hearings, and request negotiation limits for settlements from local and Corporate HR Management. Collaborate with Management on annual budget planning and prepare/review job descriptions when necessary.
