**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Assemble products in an organized manner, adhering to quality standards and assembly instructions, according to production orders.
* Prepare materials for activities as specified in the product sheet and assembly instructions.
* Flash firmware, perform tests, write cryptographic keys or serial numbers onto components, boards, and products.
* Package products according to work instructions.
* Preform (shape raw material) and insert components onto printed circuit boards; depanelize (separate) boards; prepare and apply resins and adhesives.
* Solder electronic components.
* Perform visual inspections, tests, run-in, burn-in, and product testing.
* Repair defective boards, products, or rejected materials.
* Review boards against the product sheet and assembly instructions.
* Prepare board maintenance reports and record identified defects.
* Record reworked and segregated parts and equipment during the process prior to functional testing.
* Use firmware flashing and testing applications on boards and products to verify board or product functionality.
* Identify defects and propose corrective actions for the production process or product.
* Assist in machine operation according to production orders.
* Participate in machine adjustments for assembly and component/product programming.
* Inspect parts as they exit the machine.
* Maintain raw material identification with its code and production order number.
* Report equipment or in-process product failures.
* Record produced or processed quantities in the Quality Register (paper-based or electronic).
* Consult product specification sheets and access work instructions to ensure correct integration of materials into the assembly process.
* Handle tools assisting in machine or production process adjustments.
* Segregate, identify, and electronically report non-conformities for rejected materials and products, and request replacements.
* Conduct inspections and tests to validate information written onto products.
* Perform quality inspections of products, evaluating appearance and equipment functionality.
* Electronically report rejected materials and products and request replacements.
* Perform soldering inspections on products.
* Assemble prototypes under supervision.
* Perform cleaning, maintenance, and calibration verification services for machines.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
#### **What You Need:**
**Education:** Completed high school.
**Desirable:** Knowledge of electronic product assembly and disassembly, ISO 9000 standards, technical assistance production lines, quality standards, component measurement, and soldering processes.
