Job Summary: Responsible for guiding and supervising construction and maintenance teams, ensuring quality standards, deadlines, and safety, while optimizing resources. Key Responsibilities: 1. Guide and supervise construction and maintenance teams. 2. Ensure quality standards, deadlines, and safety regulations. 3. Optimize the use of materials and human resources. Responsible for guiding and supervising construction and maintenance teams, ensuring that all activities are carried out according to quality standards, scheduled deadlines, and safety regulations, while optimizing the use of materials and human resources. Acts as the liaison between the operational team and engineering/management of the project. * Assign daily tasks to masons, laborers, and subcontractors, monitoring productivity; * Inspect whether work execution (foundations, masonry, finishing, etc.) complies with drawings and descriptive specifications; * Verify receipt of supplies, control on-site material inventory, and prevent waste; * Monitor physical progress of the project against the planned schedule, reporting deviations to management; * Ensure all workers correctly use PPE and comply with safety regulations (collective protective measures); * Request and manage the use of required materials, components, and tools for construction and building infrastructure maintenance; * Support organization and cleanliness of the construction site; * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and occupational health regulations in all maintenance activities; * Coordinate with operational, administrative, and safety departments to align priorities and address urgent maintenance needs; * Support continuous improvement initiatives, renovations, and implementation of new technologies for both equipment and physical infrastructure; * Train and instruct operational teams on-site; * Operate the company vehicle when necessary to perform job-related tasks.
