




Job Summary: This role supports various HR functions, including hiring, termination, internal transfers, and employee data management, as well as assisting in recruitment processes and development initiatives. Support for organizational culture and internal training Responsibilities: \- Support hiring, termination, and internal transfer processes; \- Organize and maintain up-to-date employee data; \- Support leave, day-off, and benefits administration; \- Liaise with the accounting department for submission and verification of information; \- Assist in job posting and resume screening; \- Schedule interviews and assessments; \- Support recruitment processes; \- Support onboarding and integration of new employees; \- Support organization of trainings, workshops, and internal initiatives; \- Support climate surveys, internal marketing, and organizational culture initiatives; \- Support preparation of HR reports and KPI tracking; \- Address employee inquiries regarding HR matters; \- Organize documents, policies, and internal announcements. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields.
