




Description: * Completed technical education as an Agricultural Technician, Agribusiness Technician, or Environmental Management Technician; * Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or related fields (currently pursuing preferred); * Knowledge of sustainability certification standards (preferred); * Knowledge of coffee cultivation (preferred); * Knowledge of fertilizer recommendation and soil management; * Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; * Familiarity with audit processes; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, organizational and time management abilities, responsibility If you enjoy working in a challenging field with direct impact on employees’ daily activities and seek a continuously evolving environment, this position is for you. * Provide agronomic technical assistance to coffee producers, focusing on fertilization and soil management; * Conduct visits to coffee producers within your assigned region to implement sustainability indicators according to the regional sustainability programs’ action plans; * Execute the defined action plan and manage project costs for sustainability initiatives; * Conduct periodic audits to assess sustainability levels among suppliers; * Complete reports on performed activities to ensure comprehensive tracking of all actions taken; * Organize lectures/field days in local communities to implement company initiatives and projects; * Maintain relationships and partnerships with NGOs, EMATER, SENAR, and municipal governments to facilitate implementation of our initiatives and projects in the region; * Strictly adhere to the company’s quality, safety, health, and environmental standards, in alignment with the Integrated Management Policy commitment, the company’s Code of Conduct, and its Values and Principles. 251212020250587159
