We connect qualified professionals with top companies in the industry. ### **Description:** We are seeking an IT Analyst to work at a dealership, responsible for ensuring the operation, security, and availability of systems, networks, and equipment. This is an opportunity for professionals with a degree in IT or related fields, possessing entry-level experience and knowledge in technical support and infrastructure. **Location:** To be determined ### **Responsibilities:** * Provide on-site and remote technical support (hardware, software, and networks); * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment; * Install and configure corporate systems and tools; * Monitor networks (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS); * Administer Windows and Linux servers; * Perform data backup and restoration; * Configure firewalls and support security policies (LGPD); * Provide support for corporate systems (ERP, DMS, CRM); * Manage technical tickets (help desk); * Track equipment and license inventory; * Support improvements and innovation in internal processes. ### **Requirements:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in IT or related fields; * Up to 1 year of experience in the field; * Knowledge of technical support, networks, and infrastructure; * Familiarity with servers, information security, and databases; * Driver's license AB preferred, and willingness to travel.
