Incentives for learning and career growth If you are between 16 and 21 years old, reside in Eunápolis\-BA, and wish to work at one of the largest companies in the region, join our Selection Process! **REQUIREMENTS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE YOUNG APPRENTICE PROGRAM – GRUPO ASTÓRIA 2026** * Age between 16 and 21 years and 11 months at the time of enrollment. If the Apprentice has a disability, there is no upper age limit for hiring; * Currently enrolled and studying at least the 9th grade of elementary school, or have completed high school (or equivalent); * Basic knowledge of text editors, spreadsheets, internet navigation, and online research using desktop or notebook computers; * No prior employment contract with Grupo Astória under previous apprenticeship programs; * Availability to attend (in person) both the theoretical and practical stages of the Program, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (4 hours daily), Monday through Friday. The theoretical stage will be held at SEST SENAT, and the practical stage at Grupo Astória’s headquarters in Eunápolis/BA; * Must not have previously completed, at any time, an apprenticeship course with a curriculum similar or identical to that proposed in this Apprenticeship Program, delivered by SEST SENAT. **PROCESS STAGES:** * Behavioral profile assessment (online); * General knowledge test (online); * Interview (online); * Group dynamics (in person); * Medical examinations for candidates approved in the process; * Document submission by candidates approved in the process; **Note:** all stages of the process are eliminatory
