As a Heavy Equipment Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance on mobile equipment, repairing defects, lubricating equipment, replacing and adjusting mechanical parts; as well as carrying out low-voltage electrical maintenance and general tire repair services, aiming to maintain equipment operational conditions. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mining heavy equipment. * Conduct diagnostics of mechanical and hydraulic failures. * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. * Complete service orders (SO), Preliminary Risk Analysis (PRA), Special Work Permits (SWP), Task Risk Analysis (TRA), and proceed with equipment lockout. * Open and close work orders for unscheduled services. * Maintain up-to-date control of released and maintenance equipment. * Carry out repairs and replacement of parts. * Enter collected data into the electronic system for maintenance scheduling. * Perform necessary maintenance on heavy equipment under your responsibility. * Support other work fronts when requested. * Perform minor maneuvers on equipment (equipment relocation, implement activation, and testing). * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School; * Proven experience in heavy equipment maintenance; * Driver’s license category B preferred; * Availability to work on rotating shift schedule. **Additional Information** * Chartered transportation * Meals provided at the company * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Funeral assistance * Food allowance * Christmas basket * Childcare assistance * PPR (Profit Sharing Plan) At P.A.
