This role requires strategic vision and advanced technical skills to ensure the implementation of effective and innovative technological solutions aligned with business objectives. **Requirements and qualifications** **Hybrid position: 3 days per week onsite in downtown Rio de Janeiro - RJ.** Advanced knowledge of programming and software engineering. Experience with development frameworks. Familiarity with integration tools (Oracle Integration Cloud - OIC, Oracle BPEL, Oracle Service Bus - OSB, Oracle Data Integrator - ODI, Oracle GoldenGate). Skills in microservices and distributed applications architecture design. Proven experience leading technical teams, software development, and system integration. Solid knowledge of system architecture, API design, agile methodologies, and integration tools.
