With over 35 years of history, we continue evolving with technology, innovation, and people at the core. **Main Responsibilities** * Gather, analyze, and propose requirements and needs for system modifications or customizations. * Analyze software issues and implement corrective actions. * Specify, document, and diagram technical requirements according to company standards. * Perform Delphi programming, addressing identified requirements with quality and autonomy. * Execute logic and functionality test routines, ensuring solution effectiveness. * Validate specifications with requestors. * Support version and delivery planning in partnership with the team. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or Technology degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields. **Technical Knowledge** * Delphi programming language – intermediate to advanced level. * Database – SQL language (DDL, DQL, DML) – intermediate level. * Systems analysis and technical documentation. * Programming logic and software development best practices. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with software testing routines and quality assurance. * Ability to work autonomously with a strong sense of responsibility. * Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and business teams. * Organization and analytical thinking.
