**Join our team as a BI Analyst!** We are looking for a professional passionate about data and business analysis to join our Business Intelligence team. **Requirements:** * Degree in **Information Technology, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, or Software Engineering**. * Experience in requirements analysis and process modeling (BPMN). * Proficiency in BI and data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel). * Knowledge of SQL and databases (SQL, MySQL, Oracle). * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Experience in data integration projects across heterogeneous systems (CRM, ERP, databases, APIs, etc.). * Solid knowledge of ETL processes (Extract, Transform, Load) and tools such as: SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Power Query (Power BI/Excel), Alteryx, Talend, Informatica, or similar. * Experience in data modeling (star schema, snowflake) and data warehouse development. **Desirable:** * Basic programming knowledge and ERP Infor. * Certifications in project management (PMP, Scrum Master) and tools such as Jira or Trello. * Experience with cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). **Responsibilities:** * Develop and manage BI projects and dashboards. * Conduct analyses, propose improvements, and ensure system performance and security. * Ability to map business requirements and translate them into data solutions. * Knowledge of data governance and data quality. **Advantages:** * Certifications in **project management (PMI, PMP)**. * Knowledge of **Azure, SQL Server**, and other BI tools.
