Focus on safety and hygiene standards We are seeking a **Cleaning Supervisor** responsible for leading, organizing, and supervising the cleaning team's activities, ensuring service quality and proper facility maintenance. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate and guide the cleaning team in daily activities. * Develop work schedules and assign tasks. * Monitor service execution to ensure quality standards. * Train new staff in cleaning techniques, maintenance, and proper use of materials/equipment. * Manage cleaning supply inventory and request replenishments. * Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. * Conduct periodic inspections of common areas. * Report needs, incidents, and improvement suggestions to management. **Requirements** * Proven experience in team leadership. * Availability to work on weekends and holidays. * Bachelor's degree preferred.
