Job Summary: Maintenance Assistant to work on developing maintenance schedules, inspecting equipment, installing thermal systems, and performing advanced diagnostics. Key Highlights: 1. For the seventh consecutive year, we have been certified by GPTW as one of the best companies to work for. **Maintenance Assistant:** * Develop maintenance schedules and technical reports, ensuring service quality. * Communicate\-clearly with managers, clients, and technical teams, explaining processes and solutions objectively. * Inspect and assess the condition of parts and components in industrial equipment. * Install thermal system equipment, such as cold rooms, pasteurizers, air conditioners, electric plates, ovens, and hot/cold tracks. * Inspect and test electronic components, such as circuit boards, sensors, and expansion valves. * Clean and perform routine maintenance on condensers, evaporators, filters, and ducts, removing dirt that may affect system performance. * Perform advanced diagnostics and maintenance on VRF systems, freezers, refrigerated chambers, etc. Evaluate and, if necessary, recharge refrigerant gas in refrigeration units. * Prepare technical reports and document performed maintenance tasks. Request materials required for operational continuity. * Properly use mandatory PPE during team operations.
