




Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing and optimizing inventory levels, monitoring products, negotiating with manufacturers, and ensuring visibility of commercial indicators and policies. Participation in the development of commercial policies and indicator analysis. * **Professional responsible for maintaining inventory levels according to business strategy.** * Monitor slow-moving products, excess inventory days, or critical dates, and propose Sell\-Out actions; * Keep manufacturers' Commercial Policies updated (price list, payment terms, lead time, and inventory-day strategy); * Ensure visibility of launches/innovations for the Sales team; * Prepare and submit purchase orders, analyzing inventory levels, turnover rates, distributor targets, and manufacturer targets (Excellence Plans and Commercial Campaigns), always obtaining necessary approvals; * Fulfill the Sell\-In order schedule with manufacturers and, whenever possible, secure phase-incentives; * Participate in negotiations with manufacturers; * Manage supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with Sell\-In and allowance obligations; * Maintain accurate product master data; * Monitor purchase orders to identify any discrepancies that may arise during the process; * Track product deliveries, ensuring timely correction of orders recorded in the system and proper analysis of deliveries with critical dates; * Ensure development of dashboard visibility for category indicators and timely updates/submissions; * Flag underperforming results to Sales and Commercial Managers according to distributor and manufacturer guidelines; * Ensure timely return of information to manufacturers; * Participate in developing commercial policies to maximize inventory utilization, align with manufacturer strategies, and optimize system usage. **Requirements:** Reside in Eunápolis/BA; Completed High School education; Intermediate Excel skills; A bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or related fields is desirable and will be considered.
