We are currently recruiting candidates for the position below. **\*Visual Communication Production Supervisor\* **\*Contract Type:\* CLT **\*Required Knowledge:\* Microsoft Office Suite / Basic Corel **\*Education Level:\* Completed high school; technical or higher education in Industrial Design, Production, Industrial Management, or related fields is desirable. **\*Minimum Required Experience:\* Minimum 3 years supervising production in the visual communication sector; practical and theoretical proficiency in processes including: ACM and metal structure facade assembly; fabrication and installation of illuminated signs (front and body); PVC, stainless steel, and acrylic box letters; large-format adhesive application; solvent plotter printing (PhotoPRINT/CorelDRAW); operation and management of CNC routers and CO2 laser machines; experience with production ERP systems (preference for graphic or visual communication industry-specific systems). **\*Driver’s License Required:\* Minimum Class B (car). **\*Technical Skills (Mandatory):\* Reading and interpreting technical drawings; production planning and sequencing; monitoring work orders and schedules; knowledge of occupational safety regulations; quality control; preventive maintenance of production equipment. \*Expected Behavioral Skills:\* Proactive and fair leadership; strong communication skills and clarity when delegating tasks; Organization and discipline regarding deadlines and priorities; problem-solving orientation; commitment to results and team; ability to train, guide, and correct technical practices. **\*Main Responsibilities and Activities:\* Direct supervision of metalworking, painting, printing, routing, laser cutting, and final assembly departments; planning, assigning, and monitoring work orders together with the sales department; controlling material and supply usage to avoid waste; serving as the liaison between production, engineering, and installation teams; evaluating team performance and providing ongoing feedback; managing breaks, working hours, and team discipline in production; reporting directly to company management and executive board. **\*Essential Characteristics:\* Communicative, dynamic, proactive, agile, organized, and willingness to travel if required. **\*Activity Description:\* Client service, client visits, and artwork creation, among others. \*Benefit:\* Transportation allowance paid in cash, approximately R$ 250.00, with no deduction from the employee. \*Benefit:\* Meal allowance paid in cash, approximately R$ 250.00, with no deduction from the employee. \*Benefit:\* Life insurance and assistance coverage. \*Benefit:\* Uniform provided by the company, mobile phone, infrastructure, and vehicle (for professional use). \*Salary:\* R$ 2,580.18 (CLT contract). \*Benefit 1:\* R$ 1,000.00 (Confidence position bonus). \*Benefit 2:\* R$ 500.00 (Transportation + Meal allowance). **\*Total:\* R$ 4,080.18. \*Career Plan:\* To be implemented by December 2026. \*Working Days:\* Monday to Friday, 8:00–12:00 and 13:15–18:00; alternating Saturdays, 8:00–12:00 (one week yes, the next no); however, this is a position of trust without predefined working hours.
