With professionals having over 20 years of experience in the field, we maintain strong relationships with aircraft manufacturers, certification organizations, aeronautical authorities in Brazil and abroad, and maintenance workshops. **ABOUT THIS POSITION** ProAero operates in civil aviation, prioritizing customer focus, technical excellence, problem-solving capability, and an innovative mindset. Under the Axis initiative, we develop proprietary systems to help industry clients achieve greater organization, predictability, and efficiency. We seek a professional to act as the liaison between customers and development, supporting system and app evolution while monitoring improvements, adjustments, and potential bugs. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Understand customer needs and translate them into clear requirements for the technical team * Track backlog items, improvements, adjustments, and fixes * Support testing, validation, and certification processes * Follow up on requests with both customers and developers **REQUIREMENTS** * Experience in customer support, functional support, implementation, or digital products; * Familiarity with Kanban, backlog management, ticketing systems, or similar tools; * Strong communication and organizational skills; * Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities; * Analytical, proactive, and hands-on mindset. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience with systems, apps, or SaaS platforms * Experience in requirements gathering and delivery validation * Interest in the civil aviation sector **Employment Type:** PJ (Individual Contractor) If you enjoy connecting customer needs, product improvement, and practical solutions, this opportunity may be right for you.
