We are a company specialized in maintenance and renovation services in the civil construction sector, with a focus on operations within the industrial sector. This opportunity is to support our on-site construction team at Hitachi’s facility in Guarulhos (we do not operate as a general contractor). The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional with full focus on execution and strong field presence. This role is intended for individuals with experience in industrial construction sites, capable of organizing teams, closely supervising activities, and ensuring all work is carried out with quality, safety, and adherence to schedule. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Supervising and ensuring execution of activities at the construction site * Leading, guiding, and disciplining internal teams and service providers * Ensuring compliance with the physical project schedule * Managing materials, inventory, and rented equipment * Supporting procurement requests for materials and services * Preparing and ensuring accurate completion of Daily Reports (RDO), technical reports, and weekly photographic reports * Conducting quality control of work in accordance with technical standards * Participating in client audits and supporting the development of action plans * Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed technical education in Building Construction Technology * Experience in industrial environments * Experience in fast-track and short-duration construction projects * Solid experience leading and managing field teams * Strong knowledge of civil construction materials, building installations, metalwork, and structural systems * Ability to read and prepare technical drawings * Experience in quality control per technical standards * Experience preparing technical reports and descriptive memoranda * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Ability to commute to Guarulhos **Preferred Qualification:** * Familiarity with MS Project **Behavioral Profile We Seek:** * Proactive and dynamic individual * Communicative with strong team management skills * Firm and disciplinary attitude * Organized, results-oriented profile * Committed to deadlines and quality * Non-smoker preferred **Benefits:** * Meal Voucher – BRL 18.00/day (in addition to the meal voucher, Hitachi provides meals free of charge) * Food Voucher – BRL 485.00/month * Transportation Voucher * Group Life Insurance Type of Position: Permanent CLT Contract Compensation: BRL 3.500,00/month Benefits: * Company mobile phone * Life insurance * Food voucher * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
