We are looking for a **Contracted Service Management Coordinator** to directly manage partners responsible for photovoltaic installations.
You will be a key player in daily operations, ensuring quality, adherence to deadlines and efficiency, while strengthening partner relationships and boosting performance.

**Responsibilities and Duties** **Key Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate the team responsible for managing and monitoring third-party installation companies
* Manage the full lifecycle of contracted service providers—including onboarding, development, performance evaluation, and offboarding when necessary
* Design, monitor, and enhance partner performance indicators and ranking systems
* Monitor execution and ensure adherence to construction schedules with contracted partners
* Define, implement, and track KPIs related to quality, productivity, efficiency, and service level
* Ensure compliance with company-established technical, operational, and service standards
* Drive continuous improvement of services delivered and customer experience
* Guarantee accurate measurement and timely payment of contracted service providers per agreed terms
* Conduct periodic alignment, performance, and feedback meetings with partners
* Plan and deliver technical and operational training to develop contracted partners
* Perform field audits and monitor execution compliance
* Lead the internal construction monitoring team, ensuring alignment and operational efficiency
* Mediate and resolve conflicts among partners, customers, and internal departments
* Promote clear, structured, and ongoing communication with all involved stakeholders

**Mandatory:**
* Experience in third-party, supplier, or operational partner management
* Hands-on experience coordinating teams and operational routines
* Experience in field operations (installations, construction, or technical services)
* Proficiency in performance indicators (KPIs) and results analysis
* Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
* Analytical, organized profile with strong results orientation
**Desirable:**
* Experience in the solar/photovoltaic energy sector
* Knowledge of quality processes, auditing, and operational standardization
* Experience managing and monitoring contracts
* Familiarity with management tools, reporting, and dashboards
