Job Summary: An architect focused on project development and management, ensuring technical quality and standardization, while monitoring and supporting construction execution. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on organization, attention to detail, and proactivity **Position Objective** To primarily focus on architectural project development and management (using the company's CAD system), ensuring technical quality, organization, and standardization, while simultaneously monitoring and supporting on-site construction execution, thereby guaranteeing alignment between design and field implementation. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** **Projects** * Development and detailing of architectural projects (2D and 3D) * Preparation of construction drawings (floor plans, sections, elevations) * Coordination of interdisciplinary projects (architectural, structural, hydraulic, and electrical) * Review and updating of drawings according to site changes * Generation of quantity take-offs and descriptive specifications * Organization and standardization of drawing sheets per company standards **Construction** * On-site construction monitoring as required * Ensuring construction execution aligned with design documents * Technical support to field teams * Interface with engineering teams, suppliers, and partners * Identification of necessary adjustments during construction **Project Types** * Residential and commercial architectural projects * Renovations and new constructions * Small- and medium-scale projects **Mandatory Requirements** * Degree in Architecture * Minimum 2 years’ experience in architectural projects * Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings * Availability for site visits * Willingness to travel as required **Important Differentiators** * Experience in interdisciplinary project coordination * Knowledge of BIM (Revit) * Experience with rendering tools (Lumion, V\-Ray, Enscape) * Experience in construction monitoring * Knowledge of quantity take-offs and descriptive specifications **Expected Behavioral Profile** * High level of organization * Attention to technical details * Responsibility toward deadlines and quality * Proactivity and autonomy * Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks * Strong communication skills with technical and operational teams **Work Schedule** Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Travel and Relocation** The company fully covers: * Transportation for site visits and construction sites * Inter-municipal and inter-state travel * Accommodation when required Travel will occur as needed based on project and construction demands. **Work Location** * On-site base in the East Zone – São Paulo * Field-based work as required by construction projects * Possibility of travel **Salary** Contract type: PJ (Individual Entrepreneur): R$ 10\.000,00 **Benefits** * Transportation allowance or fuel reimbursement * Meal allowance: R$ 25/day * Food basket * Health insurance – NotreDame (effective after 90 days) * Dental insurance – NotreDame (effective after 90 days) Payment: R$10\.000,00 per month Work location: On-site
