The **TKA GROUP** is seeking a qualified professional to work as an **Access Controller** in an industrial environment, ensuring asset security, controlling the flow of people, and complying with internal regulations and applicable legislation. RESPONSIBILITIES * Monitor assets with the purpose of **preventing, controlling, and combating any irregularities**. * Safeguard security and ensure compliance with laws and internal regulations. * Receive and control the movement of people in both unrestricted and restricted areas. * Inspect people, cargo, and assets. * Control access of people and vehicles at the company, performing rigorous verification of personal information. * Register all visitors and service providers in the company’s proprietary system (via computer). * Notify responsible staff members to remove cargo, collect signatures, or escort visitors to desired departments. * Record all extraordinary events occurring during the shift in the internal system. REQUIREMENTS * **Proven work experience of at least 3 years in this role**, documented in employment record; * Minimum 1 year of experience or formal training in security/access control; * Full availability for work schedules (including shifts and rotating schedules); * Flexibility and professional demeanor; * Sense of responsibility and commitment; * Punctuality and regular attendance; * Proactivity and strong communication skills.
