We are committed to providing a safe working environment for our employees. **WE OFFER:** * Competitive salary * Attractive benefits aligned with multinational standards **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical education in electronics, electrical engineering, electro-technical engineering, electro-mechanical engineering, or mechanical engineering * NR-10 and NR-13 certifications for boiler operation * Experience in chemical or continuous-process industries * Knowledge of industrial automation and SCADA systems **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Operate and monitor utility generation and distribution systems, including: Steam boilers, Thermal fluid heaters, Chillers and chilled water systems, Industrial water systems, Wastewater treatment systems, Air compressors, Nitrogen generation systems, Reverse osmosis systems. * Conduct routine inspections to ensure proper equipment operation and identify potential issues. * Perform startups, shutdowns, and operational adjustments per established procedures. * Complete operational checklists, shift logs, and performance reports. * Monitor key operational parameters (pressure, temperature, flow rate, consumption, etc.) and take preventive actions to avoid deviations. * Support troubleshooting activities and contribute to reliability and efficiency improvements. * Develop and maintain operational control spreadsheets and performance indicators (KPIs). * Prepare, review, and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. * Support maintenance activities by ensuring safe conditions for interventions. **This position is open for immediate start.** **Our Company:** Axalta has remained at the forefront of the coatings industry by continually investing in innovative solutions.
