Job Summary: This professional will assist with packaging, labeling, and organizing orders for transportation, as well as obtaining freight quotations and supporting logistics processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support packaging and labeling of shipments for transportation 2. Organize orders for pickup and delivery 3. Obtain freight quotations and assist in issuing related documents * Assist in packaging and labeling shipments for transportation. Organize and prepare orders for carrier pickup or direct delivery. Obtain freight quotations from carriers and delivery platforms (e.g., Lalamove), seeking optimal cost and time options. Support the issuance and verification of shipping-related documents, such as invoices and shipping labels. Assist in warehouse organization and control of outgoing goods. Record any discrepancies and report them to the responsible department. Maintain workplace cleanliness, organization, and safety. Contribute to improving departmental logistics processes. * Completed high school education. Prior experience in shipping and freight operations (mandatory). Familiarity with ERP systems and fiscal documentation. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team.
