We seek leaders willing to constantly learn, who recognize the value of teamwork and have the courage to make difficult decisions when necessary—always with empathy, ethics, and commitment to MadeiraMadeira’s Leadership Principles. **Work Model:** On-site **Location:** Arujá \- SP Responsibilities: **✨Activities You’ll Lead:** * Lead the operational team, providing standards and training, ensuring their implementation and organizing the operational layout for incoming and outgoing shipments. * Ensure FIFO for products and FEFO for invoices. * Manage daily operations, analyzing results, deviations, and corrective actions for the team. * Promote safety culture in operations by conducting rounds, verifying maintenance needs for assets, and auditing activity performance. * Coordinate and ensure execution of safety, maintenance, and operational improvement action plans within established deadlines. * Monitor and evaluate performance indicators, productivity, absenteeism, and engagement; adjust strategies as needed; identify and implement opportunities to improve logistical processes, focusing on efficiency and cost reduction. * Coordinate cargo arrivals and staff sizing to meet operational demand. * Conduct feedback sessions and performance evaluations, promoting the team’s professional development. * Schedule and monitor audits, floor management, and control transfer and Last Mile delivery routes.
