Job Summary: Perform civil construction services with quality and precision, ensuring correct execution according to technical instructions and established standards. Key Highlights: 1. Availability for travel as required by construction projects in SP and RJ **JOB OBJECTIVE** Perform civil construction services with quality and precision, ensuring correct execution according to technical instructions and established standards. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** · Foundation work (footings, concrete pouring) · Masonry erection · Plastering, rendering, and screeding · Installation of finishes (flooring, tiles, stone) · Formwork and structural assembly · Installation of precast slabs · Concrete pouring for columns, beams, and slabs · Installation of lintels, sills, and window sills · Finishing work · Demolition (partial or total) · Structural repair and maintenance · Scaffolding assembly · Mortar preparation and concrete mixer operation · Interpretation of technical drawings · Material waste control · Proper separation and disposal of waste · Tool cleaning and maintenance **REQUIREMENTS** · Completed elementary education · Proven experience (minimum 3 years) · Knowledge of civil construction · Ability to perform basic project reading · Knowledge of plumb, level, and alignment **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** · Experience in commercial or industrial construction projects · Involvement in multiple construction phases · Ability to estimate material requirements **BEHAVIORAL PROFILE** · Punctuality and commitment · Attention to detail and quality in execution · Discipline and respect for leadership · Workplace organization **TRAVEL AVAILABILITY** · Immediate availability for travel as required by construction projects is mandatory · Work locations include São Paulo (capital, coast, and interior) and Rio de Janeiro · Travel will occur as needed for ongoing projects · Company covers transportation and accommodation when necessary **Location:** São Paulo (base in the East Zone) \+ on-site work **Employment Type:** CLT **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS** · Salary: R$ 3450.00 · Transportation allowance · Meal allowance: R$ 25/day · Food basket · Health and dental insurance (after 90 days) · Travel expense coverage (transportation, accommodation when necessary) Job Type: Full-time CLT Pay: R$3\.450,00 per month Selection Question(s): * For this position, immediate travel availability as required by construction projects is mandatory; work may take place in São Paulo (capital, coast, and interior) and Rio de Janeiro.
