Continuous training and support Responsibilities: Provide active, consultative customer service by presenting solutions aligned with customers' purchasing needs; Serve as the connection point between customers and offered services (e.g., telephone plans, internet, and credit cards); Address customer inquiries, present product benefits, and monitor the sales closing process. No need to dial manually! The system automatically places calls and routes the call to the employee only after the customer answers, making the process significantly more dynamic and fluid. Requirements: Strong verbal fluency and communication skills; Proactive profile, goal-oriented and results-driven; No prior experience required; Availability to work remotely or onsite; Easy access to the Calmon Viana region – Poá/SP.
