Continuous process improvement We are looking for a Delivery Coordinator to lead our delivery operations with a focus on efficiency, quality, and excellence in customer service. **Responsibilities:** * Manage the entire delivery operation (receiving, preparation, dispatch, and delivery) * Coordinate the team (customer service agents, kitchen staff, and motorcycle couriers) * Ensure order deadlines, order quality, and service standards * Monitor performance metrics (delivery time, errors, customer reviews, etc.) * Address issues and drive continuous process improvement * Manage inventory and packaging related to delivery * Ensure smooth operation of delivery apps and systems **Requirements:** * Prior experience managing delivery operations or similar roles * Leadership and organizational skills * Agility in decision-making * Strong communication skills and results orientation * Flexible availability (including weekends) **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in the food and beverage industry * Familiarity with delivery platforms (iFood, 99food, Rappi, etc.) Compensation: R$3\.000,00 \- R$3\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Education: * High school diploma (preferred) Work Location: On-site
