Learn more at https://radaz.com.br or follow us on social media. **About the Opportunity** We are looking for an SAR Data Processing Technician to perform Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) data processing and analysis. This role combines technical work in a Linux environment with geoprocessing, data analysis, and field operation support. It is a highly practical position, ideal for individuals passionate about technology, data, and real-world challenges. **Your key responsibilities will include:** **Data Processing and Analysis** * Process SAR data using Linux-based pipelines, including radiometric and geometric calibration. * Execute signal processing routines, including algorithms such as backprojection. * Perform data validation, identify inconsistencies, and support resolution of technical issues. **Geoprocessing and Integration** * Analyze and validate geospatial data using tools such as QGIS. * Integrate SAR data with GNSS and terrain models to generate georeferenced products. **Field Operations and Technical Support** * Support data acquisition campaigns using drones and airborne systems. * Participate in field data collection activities when required. * Support GNSS data processing and validation (e.g., RTKLIB). **Infrastructure and Data Management** * Organize and manage large volumes of SAR data, ensuring integrity and traceability. * Maintain and structure Linux-based processing environments. * Implement and follow best practices for data backup and security. **Automation and Technical Development** * Develop internal scripts and tools for process automation (Shell Script, IDL, GDL). * Contribute to continuous improvement of processing workflows and computational performance. **What We Are Looking For:** * Degree in Engineering, Geoprocessing, Computer Science, or related fields * Proficiency in Linux and command-line interfaces * Interest or experience in data processing (ideally SAR or geospatial) * Programming skills (Python, Shell, IDL, or GDL) * Familiarity with GIS (e.g., QGIS) * Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented mindset * Technical English **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with SAR data or remote sensing * Knowledge of GNSS and georeferencing * Experience in process automation or optimization * Participation in technical projects or fieldwork **What We Offer:** * Projects involving cutting-edge technology (radar, drones, data processing) * A technical and collaborative work environment * Exposure to real-world projects in Brazil and abroad * Opportunities for continuous technical development Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) Compensation: R$5\.500,00 \- R$7\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Fuel allowance * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Food allowance * Transportation voucher Selection Question(s): * Do you reside in the São José dos Campos region?
