




Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring document organization, construction process quality, and planning and material management, supporting engineering activities. Key Highlights: 1. Documentation management and quality control at construction sites 2. Supervision of construction planning and inventory management 3. Direct support to the responsible Engineer throughout all project phases * Maintain proper organization of construction documentation, ensuring compliance through physical and digital file control, as well as using tracking spreadsheets; * Ensure quality of processes, services, personnel, and site safety by conducting inspections and recording information in designated Quality Department forms, including verification of unmonitored services; * Supervise construction planning progress, preventing delays and working toward achievement of established targets; * Manage inventory and monitor delivery of materials and products supplied by vendors; * Monitor the overall construction schedule, keeping the responsible Engineer updated and taking necessary actions when required; * Assist in identifying services, materials, and other requirements according to project needs; * Participate in meetings with the responsible Engineer, contributing to problem analysis and resolution; * Prepare and present daily activity reports. Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
