We are looking for someone passionate about the travel industry who understands the impact of their work on business success. **Key Responsibilities** * Administer and maintain the **Windows Server** environment and Windows workstations * Manage and monitor network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, and Wi\-Fi) * Configure and administer **Fortinet (FortiGate)** firewalls * Work with **Cisco** and **Ruckus** networking equipment and solutions * Administer cloud environments (**AWS and Azure**) * Manage Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID/Azure AD) * Administer and provide support for the **3CX** IP telephony solution * Monitor performance, availability, and security of environments * Resolve critical incidents and complex problems * Propose continuous improvements to architecture and security * Document infrastructure procedures and topologies * Support projects involving expansion, migration, and modernization of the technology environment **Technical Requirements** * Solid experience as an Infrastructure Analyst (senior level) * Proficiency in Windows Server administration * Experience with corporate networks (configuration, troubleshooting, and best practices) * Practical knowledge of Fortinet firewalls * Experience with Cisco and Ruckus equipment * Hands-on experience administering AWS and/or Azure environments * Management and support of Microsoft 365 * Experience with IP telephony (3CX) * Knowledge of information security policies **Preferred Qualifications** * Certifications from Microsoft, AWS, Azure, or Fortinet **Behavioral Profile** * Autonomy and ownership mindset * Ability to work under pressure * Analytical thinking and solution orientation * Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders * Consultative and collaborative attitude
