




Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality professional with experience in monitoring production processes, conducting internal audits, analyzing measurement systems, and promoting continuous improvement. Promoting continuous improvement and management systems We are looking for a Quality professional experienced in monitoring production processes, conducting internal audits, analyzing measurement systems, ensuring compliance with integrated management system standards, and promoting continuous improvement. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Monitor production line performance, recording quality inspection data at each stage, nonconformities, and probable root causes, and reporting to the immediate supervisor for evaluation and corrective actions. * Promote the principles of the integrated management system by developing training programs (onboarding or refresher courses) with interfacing departments, informational materials, and managerial support; evaluate suggestions for procedure revisions, adopt new control standards, and track results. * Conduct internal audits of processes, products, and systems, identifying deviations and corrective actions according to quality standards. * Establish and maintain a calibration planning system for inspection and measurement equipment, communicating with user departments, sending instruments for calibration, and validating received calibration certificates. * Perform Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA), utilizing quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and technical standards; evaluate production process indicators and validate necessary adjustments with involved departments. * Comply with and ensure compliance with company code of conduct and integrated management system procedures, implementing corrective and preventive actions to safeguard individual and collective employee integrity. * Fully cooperate with Integrated Management System procedures and instructions, raising awareness of hazard identification, adherence to standards, and ongoing safety practices. * Promote improvements in work processes by identifying and proposing adjustments for sustained performance gains. * Perform other related or compatible duties as directed by the immediate supervisor. JOB REQUIREMENTS * Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Production, or related fields, or a Technology degree in Industrial Management. * Specific courses and training: ISO standards, SPC, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, APQP, 8D, MASP or PDCA, and Basic Metrology. * Fluent English. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Quality Management Systems. * Additional training in Microsoft Office Suite.
