We are looking for a **Mid-Level Information Security Analyst** to operate with greater autonomy in protecting Winover’s environments and data, directly contributing to risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and the advancement of the company’s security maturity.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Develop, review, and implement Information Security policies and procedures
* Implement and administer security solutions such as Firewall, DLP, IDS/IPS, and UTM
* Monitor and analyze security events using tools such as SIEM and IAM
* Conduct risk analysis, vulnerability assessments, and support penetration testing initiatives
* Work with network protocols, routing, and security in corporate environments
* Support business continuity and governance (GRC) initiatives
* Produce technical security reports and metrics
* Participate in infrastructure and security architecture improvement projects
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Security, or related fields
* Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, protocols, and routing)
* Experience with security tools including:
* SIEM and IAM
* Kali Linux
* Nmap, Nessus, or OpenVAS
* Metasploit
* Knowledge of vulnerability testing and risk analysis
* Intermediate knowledge of LGPD
* Technical English for reading
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with tools such as Hashcat or John the Ripper
* Familiarity with governance frameworks (GRC)
* Participation in corporate security projects
