All selection processes conducted by **MOVIDA** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Providing assistance, guidance, and support to branches and other company departments on criminal law matters; * Drafting responses to official letters issued by Police Authorities, Judicial Authorities, and the Public Prosecutor's Office; * Internally managing cases involving vehicle seizures by Police Authorities and the Federal Revenue Service, being responsible for negotiations and drafting required procedural documents for asset restitution; * Managing, monitoring, and advising employees summoned to attend police interviews or criminal court hearings; * Hiring legal correspondents, with proper oversight and control over payments for investigative activities; * Drafting representation documents (powers of attorney and letters of representation); * Updating the judicial process management system; * Performing general administrative tasks and supporting the legal team; **All activities will be carried out under the supervision of the responsible lawyer.** **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in a Law degree program \- **5th or 6th semester** (***Night classes***); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Prior experience in criminal law is a plus. **Additional Information** We offer all the traditional benefits you already know—and go beyond them.
