**Main Activities and Responsibilities:** * Assist in production process stages as directed by leadership. * Perform sorting, counting, and organizing of parts and materials used in production. * Support operators in activities such as machine feeding, removal of finished parts, and organization of the production flow. * Carry out basic operations on cutting, bending, drawing, and stamping machines, as required and per internal training. * Load and unload parts, raw materials, and supplies from the department. * Assist in handling coils, sheets, tapes, and other items used in manufacturing. * Support the tumbling process and direct parts to the respective departments. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of machines, equipment, and the work area in accordance with company standards. * Strictly adhere to safety guidelines, use of PPE, and internal procedures. * Report any issues, irregularities, or material replenishment needs to leadership. **High school diploma required** Employment type: Full-time CLT Salary: Starting at R$2,120.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
